		<description>Just came across your blog.  I start training with my vibram five fingers (and occassionly barefoot track running) for the past 6 months. 

I am a natually front striker so I don&#039;t have any problem of transferring my running posture. At the very beginning  it was very painful after a 3-4pm run because we had cushioned out foot for many years. But I  finally overcome after painful after 1,2 months training. Now I an run in VFF for 30km without any major problem.    Don&#039;t be surprise if you see a 40+ male completing the marathon with the VFF......that  probably be me.</description>
